In terms of policy, participants in the mining area are exempt from income tax until 2035 and only need to pay a management fee of 1% of their income; the electricity price is set at 1800 som per kilowatt-hour, with preferential exceptions for investment projects over 100 million dollars. In terms of access, only locally registered companies can apply, and they must have power facilities and pass approval, with relevant responsible persons not having a record of economic crimes.
