The focus of this upgrade includes a network reliability enhancement solution based on storage provider-exclusive nodes (BTIP-89), a metadata transparency management mechanism using smart contract technology (BTIP-90), and a distributed governance system that supports community autonomy (BTIP-91). These technical improvements further optimize the infrastructure performance of the BTFS network and enhance the security and scalability of the system.
