Dinari Funding:- The U.S. stock market is the largest equities market in the world. It serves as the primary engine for corporate capital formation, wealth creation, and global investment benchmarks. As of April, 2025, the combined market cap of all U.S.–listed equities has surpassed $52 trillion. This accounts for nearly two‐thirds of the world’s investable stock‐market value. Once in life, even a small investor dreams of becoming Warren Buffett by accessing US markets. However, even today the market remained highly skewed towards US investors. Global or non-US investors have to still navigate a series of intermediaries, costs, and regulatory steps in order to invest. This makes the process slow, complex, or expensive. In a step towards broadening the accessibility to US equities, Dinari – a RWA tokenization-focused blockchain – has received massive funding. Dinari has received $12.7 M Funding in Series A to empower its vision of tokenize all the US equities. This will bring them on-chain, making the US equities accessible to global investors anytime and anywhere. Interestingly, the million dollar funding has received support from names as big as popular asset manager fund VanEck, Avalanche’s $200M Blizaard Fund. The other participants in the funding included HackVC, Blockchangr Ventures, and F-Prime Capital. Dinari Tokenizing US Equities and Offering dShares According to Dinari, the $4 trillion market value of US stock markets is still inaccessible to the non-US investors. Even though it is accessible, the process is complex. Investors have to pay high brokerage fees with complex regulatory mechanisms. Dinari aims to solve this by bringing the big US stocks such as Meta, Apple, Amazon On-chain. It calls the tokenized format of these stocks as dshares. These are the tokenized ownership of US equities which will allow anyone to directly own a fractional ownership in big names of NASDAQ, S&P 500, etc. Not only US stocks, it also tokenizes and provides access to bonds, commodities, ETFs. Its tokenized shares – Dinari dshares – currently operate on blockchains including Ethereum, Arbitrum One, Base, among others. dshares are purchased 1:1 by Dinari from the respective stock exchange and are then offered to the investors. Based on the stock performance in the indices and market, investors receive dividends in the form of USD+. Also Read: GoldmanSachs Next Big Bet on Crypto! Tokenization of US Stock Market – What it means Recently, many blockchain firms are entering the race to provide global access to the largest capital market in the world. Today only, Injective, another blockchain firm with similar vision as of Dinari’s, has successfully bought Mrta shares On-chain. This is going to significantly benefit global investors as investing in US stock market still relies on complex mechanisms. This includes via international brokerages which charge high fees or through purchasing American Deppstior Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depository Receipts (GDRs). However, ADRs or Depositary Receipits cover only major US companies with high conversion rations and fees. VanEck, one of the leading investors in Dinari Funding said, “Similar to how the adoption of Stablecoins democratized access to US dollar banking around the world, Dinari [is] enabling anyone with internet to gain access to the US financial system.” According to DefiLlama data, the total value locked of dshares has reached $54 million as of writing. Thus, blockchain innovations like this are confirmed to revolutionize the restricted access to US Capital Markets of $50 trillion.
