The whale/institution withdrew 47.28 million USDT from platforms such as Cryptocom and Cumberland to purchase ETH on-chain, and then collateralized the ETH to borrow 16.75 million USDT from Aave to continue buying ETH. Currently, this whale/institution holds 38,000 ETH (approximately $135 million).
